I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and tidy, providing a great night's sleep for my family. I booked for the first time, and I'm already planning to book again; it was amazing, and the location couldn't be better with all the shops nearby. However, it lacked cozy areas for a drink with music and was a bit further out than expected.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were great, spotlessly clean with a powerful shower and a comfortable bed, but my city view room wasn't ready for check-in despite previous communication with the property. The service was lovely and helpful, and the staff on shift were polite and friendly. The location was slightly further out than I would have liked but still within reasonable distances from different places. The dining experience was a bit average with some aspects needing improvement.
The hotel was perfect and so close to the center with shops etc. The rooms were clean & had the sticker on the door to justify this. Excellent for what we paid. However, just slightly out of town and not as close to the Northern Quarter as anticipated.
Upon arrival, the hotel was quite warm until our room was ready, but the location was great for us with easy access to the city center. The service was a mix of confusion when serving a pint but overall lovely, and the dining experience offered good value despite a few faults. The hotel facilities were sufficient with some areas needing improvement.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location, very close to the northern quarter and city center, making it easy to explore bars, restaurants, and shops. The rooms, though not quite ready upon arrival for our group of three, were well-furnished and exceptionally clean. The service from the breakfast crew to the reception and housekeeping staff was outstanding, always ready to attend to our requests. The dining experience, though a bit hurried, was made great by the helpful and friendly staff. Overall, a handy location with outstanding service and clean rooms.
